BALUARTE reduces the headboard to its honest parts: a soft cushion, a set of leather straps, and a slim frame to hang it from. The construction is visible, and that is the point. Raised on fine black legs, it keeps the floor open.

Every piece leaves the artisan's hands unrepeated. Clay, wood and fiber answer to sun, season and touch, so tone, texture and finish shift softly from one piece to the next. These variations are not imperfections: they are the signature of the hands that made it, proof that no other home holds a piece exactly like yours.
